Figure Information

There are two rounds in Figure.  Two-Piece suits and high heels are worn for both rounds.
No Cross-over's between Figure and Bodybuilding.

1.  Symmetry( Group Comparisons)
The Group will come on stage and face the audience and go through a series of turns (Quarter turns ) to the right until they face the audience again.  A very hard striated look is not the objective as is a soft look also is not. The desired look is noticeable signs of muscularity and leanness.

Front Stance:  Heels together and hands beside the body trying not to cover the body with your arms or hands.  Draw hips back to flex legs. The shoulders should be up and square to accentuate the V-Taper.  Head should be up and straight with a confident demeanor.

Left Stance:  Feet together and left foot slightly inverted to show leg width.  Twist the upper body slightly to show the right shoulder and add more depth to the pose.  Breathe out from the abs and keep the core tight. Keep your head up and facing in the same direction.  *Bending the knee slightly is allowed to show more leg definition and facing the audience on the turn is also allowed.

Rear Stance:  Heels together and hands beside the body.  The shoulders should be up and square to accentuate the V-taper. Hyperextend the lower back come forward on the toes slightly to flex the calves.  Keep the head up and straight.

Right Stance:  Feet together and right foot slightly inverted to show leg width.  Twist the upper body slightly to show the left shoulder and add more depth to the pose.  Breathe out from the abs and keep the core tight.  Keep your head up and face in the same direction.  *Bending the knee slightly is allowed to show more leg definition and facing the audience on the turn is also allowed.

2.  Presentation (T-Walk)
Next the competitors will come out individually to music of their choice and perform a T-Walk.  The competitor will walk to each marked area on the floor and perform a pose or two.  The walk should be feminine and graceful with a confident demeanor.  Appearance (suit choice, tanning, hair and heels) are other judging factors.
