Bodybuilding Guidelines

ABS and QUADS

1.  Hands Over Head

2.  Bring either leg forward flex and rotate.

3.  Flex the back leg by drawing your hips back.

4.  Inhale and expand you chest.

5.  Bring both arms up and over your head.

6.  Slowly let the air out of your abs and flex.

7.  Try not to lean to far forward and create a skin fold..
